We’ve rolled out a couple of new features/improvements to Mixlr today. Firstly, if you comment on a live broadcast using your Twitter account, you’ll find that it’s easy to optionally post the comment directly to Twitter. You only have to see how our listeners in Japan are using the feature (see the screenshot at the bottom of the post) to see how powerful it can be.
Don’t worry, if you don’t want to post your comment to Twitter then you don’t need to do anything: the default behaviour is still the same as before.
As well as this, we’ve streamlined the way that comments are displayed, added pagination to pages with lots of comments, and massively optimised the process of getting them from our server to your page. What this means is a smoother, faster listening experience for everybody.
We’re always looking for more ideas for hot features, so if you’ve got an idea then feel free to post it on our feedback forum.
